Along this same line, my water bill was fucking $110 last month. I went to look at the water meter, and it's VERY VERY slowly turning when everything is turned off. Don't hear any running water in the house, and the outside faucets are not dripping. Any ideas?

Plug your sanitary at the cleanout with a bladder and do a visual leak test

Similar issue here. I had a toilet that was running. Replaced the old worn out flapper and the meter was still moving. Turned out to be a hot water leak under the house.

The big question is, are you on pier and beam or slab?
