Need a plumber for a (probably) simple repair...

    ...he subs out the work for some things. I will say that he gets them cheaper than you do. Last was a water heater replacement. Plumber was 500 dollars more directly than through Ed (owner of Unique Services).

    I've referred him to several people and all are happy with the outcome. He may not do all the work, but he makes sure it is done well and inspects everything.
    I'm calling this guy. I got the water turned off and the handle apart and I feel like I'm way in over my head on this one. Put it all back together and turned the water back on for now until they can get out here to look at it. Thanks for the responses guys.
