Want to build a brick garage/shed

Im looking to have a brick garage/shed space built out back in the new house we are building. I like the half brick half siding to save costs but am open to all brick on front to make more curb appeal. I want the large garage door and am going to make a driveway extension from my current driveway out to the shed.

Here is an idea of what I really like and is one thats already in the neighborhood we are moving too.

Anyone know a solid reputable company that does this kind of work? Anyone with knowledge of these jobs have a solid ballpark estimate on the total cost? Thanks

Yeah. Just not sure how much cheaper. If its like a grand cheaper, I might as well brick it all. Gonna be in this house long term but dont wanna over spend either.

Its going to be a lot more than $1000. I dont have a cost but it aint that cheap.

I mean the cost to just brick the top half too or use the siding.
