s.o.b. lawn care

Dam it if this lawn care shit is too much work. From watering, weed and feed, fertilizing and now this grass fungus that i never knew grass could get. Right when my grass was starting to look good, brown patches, S.O.B. well atleast i dont do the mowing. Who has had grass fungus.

$25 a week, mowed, trimmed, edged and blown off sidewalks. Weed and feed when it needs it. Hell, he even hauled off the trees we lost in the storm this weekend.

I have to water starting at 3am or I wouod be watering too late in the morning. 11 zones @ 35 minutes a zone.

Damn. I have 11 zones also, and also start at 3 AM. But I dont do any one of them for more than 20 minutes and it seems to be plenty.

as soon as i got home i did and till it got dark. just found out ita a no no. but i aint got time to water in the mornings... guess i have to make time to fix the sprinklers.

My new lawn is Bermuda, and I love it. Fuck St. Augustine forever! Lowest maintenance yard I've ever had. I water it twice a week, and I mow it every 3 weeks, looks great, no weeds, green as hell.

That looks good CJ, but if I dont water mine daily it starts getting brown. I mow and bag every 5-6 days at 3inches.

I must have some freak mutant strain then. I have some brown in a few places, but overall it looks good. I keep mine very high as well, around 3". I mow mine once every 3 weeks and I do bag it as well.

Maybe since it was just sodded last year and yours is more established? All this watering and mowing to look nice sucks. Im just glad im on a well.
