City won't allow it here in Arlington. Only as tall as the primary structure, my house, and not to exceed the primiary structure roof pitch. In my case that was 3"/12". I have another 16'x 12' storage building right beside it. It too has AC and plumbing. I will be tearing it down to rebuild it with a slab instead of pier and beam. I will connect the 2 with a breezeway and use it for a paint booth.

OK. Thats cool. I didn't think about the city ordinance on the height of the roof.

The insulation had to be pricey. It should hold inside temps nicely.

Should you have ran the electrical before foaming?

Nah, just 1 hundred amp panel on the inside wall. Quick holesaw work and its in the building. Then I will run it all inside plastic conduit above the rafters and drop down for the outlets. Installing about 20 can lights flush, 12 outlets, and 3 or 4 220's. the walls are 2x6 and the foam is only 2" on the walls. I still have a full 2x4 worth of stud to work with.

What did the insulation cost? I need a quote on open cell for the house roof deck. Was thinking of densepack cellulose for tthe walls

$1750. Basically pocket change for most members on this board.

Why not use some 8' tandem fluorescents?
