washer repair needed...

Anyone here repair, or know someone that does washer repair? It's a GE front end loader. It's not feeding water to the washer. I checked both hoses and the screens behind the water hose connections are clean. I can hear a motor run when it's suppose to be allowing water in so it seems like a solenoid/valve of some type not opening.
