Its coming along... The drainage side of the plumbing is basically done (moved a toilet and shower drain as well as added a dual vanity drain). Also had a plumber change over the old supply line to pex (he had to trench about 100'). Installed the pex manifold and ran the supply lines. Roofline is sprayfoamed... I will have pictures late next week or the week after. Big changes since the last pics. The windows came in yesterday...installing them is going to take a little time.

Since you asked about an update...I snapped some crappy cell phone pics when I went to get lunch:

Living room window framing... all the windows in the house are getting taller and we are putting in a double window in the middle.

                      Windows waiting to go in

I was a little worried about this spot due to it being a load bearing wall so I added a support. Jacked up the house with a 20ton jack and added a support

Beautiful pex run for all the new supply lines.

Foamed attic for an unvented (sealed) attic which will be a conditioned space

                      Master bath:
Toilet room with the new drain

New framed window...hope to cut the brick and install next week

Moved shower drain. The shower is 5.5' x 6'

                        New vanity plumbing

Opened up the wall on the left for the fridge recess and pantry cabinets. Was initially worried about only using a 2x6 but according to Forte (engineering software) it is fine. The pantry cabinets are 88" tall and the wall is 96"

Ever wonder if you would have been better off just building an entirely new house from scratch?

That is a shit-ton of work!
