I've already killed all the weeds, and then fertilized the grass and laid down more weed killer, a month from now it should be nice and green. I got the house as a foreclosure last year so there's been numerous things that needed my attention.

The garage was a HUGE factor in buying this house for me. Most of the houses in my neighborhood have 3 car garages on relatively big lots (for this area). When searching for a house I wanted front entry, no swing garage, at minimum a gas hookup for the stove (if not already gas stove, this wasn't but I replaced it with gas), 1 story, 4 bed with a decent sized back yard for the kids and the wife had to sign off on it. I got this as a foreclosure for $170k and 3.5% interest rate on 30yr fixed and it's almost 2400 sqft.

Bump for another great job!
The gardens on either side of our pool have been neglected, and with the young kiddos and everything else in the world happening at the same time, I called Seb to come out and clean them up for us. He did an awsome job on the whole yard.
