I was under the impression that if they did not fix something that was specified in the contract that you could sue them for that later. I would pay to get it fixed, then send them a demand letter with the invoice, for reimbursement. Then, if they do not pay, take them to small claims court. Not that that is any guarantee that they will pay then, but it's worth a shot.

It's just like if when they moved out they damaged a bunch of stuff, took stuff they weren't supposed to (like appliances), or if they did not take all their crap out and you are left disposing of it.

May be worth getting a legal consult.

Fuck a bunch of all that ill just dig it up and see if I can fix it. I called my realtor and theirs and no help there. Hell it was an amendment that they fix the dishwasher well after we closed i came straight to the house turn it on and flooded my kitchen. They didn't put the drain hose on so I had to go buy one and put it on myself. They were supposed to fix all this shit while we were at closing.

Proof, do you have any that it was not fixed? I mean, you inspected it, signed off on it...yadda yadda. Probably cheaper just to fix it.
