Whats a 20 x 30 wood styled carport cost?

My wife was asking me, I told her Id rather just move, but it's not in the cards yet... curious what covering half my driveway would cost, bout 30 feet off the back of my house and 20-23 feet wide to the grass line... Also probably want to gate in the side that's opposite the fence to it so it matches..

5k? 10? 15? Would it bring any extra value to the home, or just make it sell easier? Id hope it wouldnt devalue it any. Driveway is about 50-60 feet long so their would still be some open space to park..
