Mike came out today and repaired the leaky chimney on my roof and I have to say he does great work. I was surprised at how fast he was able to make it out to get it done as well, definitely recommend him.

Lots of them, yes. This thing is missing sticky tape, the foam seals under the ridge vents are shot, fiberglass skylights are eroded to the point that even small hail will break it, missing counter flashing where they added a large entry porch, about 30 panels crinkled where the wind evidently folded them during install, all kinds of neat stuff.
