I have to paint a room with 4 different colors. I want to keep cost down, so can I use say 2 rollers? Can i paint one wall, wash off the roller and paint another wall? If so, do i have to let the rollers dry?

Yes you can use just two, yes you can wash them, and yes you absolutely have to let them dry.

they are cheap but you could get away with washing them and soaking up the remainder of the water with paper towels. I don't see them being a little damp a problem. It wouldn't take long for the paint to mix with any leftover moisture on the roller. By the time you got to your second coat, you'll be fine.
But if it were me, my time is worth more than washing and waiting to reuse a roller.

The way we did it: Scrape the bulk of the paint off, then rinse the roller until the water looks clear. Then rinse some more. To dry it off a little quicker we would take a water hose and spray the roller on the side enough to make it spin up and fling the bulk of the water off. We stopped there, but use towels to get it a little more dry if needed.
