My electrical is done and I passed my final inspection. I'm just waiting on the foam insulation guy to come out and spray my ceiling, so I can start setting it up the way I want it and get all my stuff organized again.
I'll post a progress pic this evening.

Here's the latest pic. The foam insulation is supposed to be done in the morning. It's been delayed a coupled of times because of the weather.

My wife would have to move the kitchen out there if she ever wanted to see me.

I think after we get through with this mortgage refi, I may start looking into a construction loan to build a "mother in law suite" with a LARGE garage for my shop.
