Miss hanging in that shop... wheeling big blocks on a harbor freight dolly back there to build. Good times man.

Be very careful with who you let do that shower.

Cobrajet's brother and he are coming over tonight to take a look at it. His brother started remodeling life as a tile guy.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

I pulled a couple of tiles of the threshold on the master shower and it basically looks exactly like yours does. I may need the number for the guys that are hooking you up if they're looking for more work.

I might be abet to hook you up with my brother Keith, especially if you do a remodel, but even if it's a quick fix for now.

Let me know if you want me to call him (actually just had dinner with him at Los Molcajetes).

Would he do work in Burleson? I am thinking of redoing our master shower as well...

                Thanks

                    The before.
not sure why it is sideways. on my photobucket it shows upright.

After a few hours today. Demo done, what is left of the insulation is about where the moisture had creeped up the walls. Rebuilt a new wall between the counter and the shower. This wall will be a half glass to hold the door and they opened up the top another 1' to allow more light in and beter ventilation.

We are using Cobrajet69's (David) brother(s).

Going in the right direction. I was wondering if you were able to make any kind of claim on your insurance for water damage or not.

How are they going to do the shower pan? Id really recommend Kerdi over mudpan or doing hydroban rather than a standard shower liner.

Sure does. Just depends on how busy things are when you are ready.

Just let me know when you want to get a quote.

Nope. I called. If the insurance adjuster could claim "long term" occurance lead to the damage, it would be denied and I get a discount each year for zero claims made.

To be quite honest, I don't know. I am not there to actually talk to them about it. Maybe David can ask.

Found out that fucking things is concrete. My wife is going to have them float the tiles on top to angle more towards the shower though. Not sure why the builder had it flat with a slight backwards towards the wall slope. Lazy!

                                More progress on Friday coming.
