I can look at it. I have tile trades that do solid work(I'm in Mckinney as well).

You're going to be hard pressed to find someone, outside of a handy man, that will take a job that size. You're talking about $250-$300 including material. Honestly, hit a job site where you see a tile guy, offer it to him and see what he says.

                    That sounds weird to me.
I just bought the tile and already paid over $300 just for that.

Tile guys don't do small bathrooms?

High dollar tile! I was pricing it based on commercial pricing. My tile trades charge me $1.50/sq ft, but that is on decent sized jobs (2000+ sq ft) and $2.50 for walls. Cove base is higher due to alignment.

If you've already bought the tile, then you're probably relegated to someone doing it on the side.

Glass tile for the wall was pricey, the floor stuff was cheap.

Side work is fine, I just dont know anyone.

If you only knew what kind of job this turned out to be for the OP. I'm sure he will update this thread soon, but I will at least say that this "675-725 sqft" tile install turned into a major 3-week 18-20 hr+ days project. It turned out awesome though and was done right.

I just had 880 feet of tile torn out and replaced with wood. Hell, the tear-out cost more than the install, not to mention I've got dust in every orifice of my body. It's worth it. I've gotten to the point that I hate tile in the living area's.
