  • Professional X-mas lights installed

Seems like we are getting a ton of door fliers about xmas lights professionally installed and then removed at the end of the season. Curious to what this costs on average. Anybody know what this runs?

Me and my buddy hand on our days off. How big is your house, how cut up is the roof line, what type lights (C7,C9,LED,etc), any trees? Our qoutes depend on the house. We start at around $250+ lights abd go up from there.
Once you purchase the lights they are yours to keep (you store them, so no obligation).

I have a brother in law that did this for a few years...still might. Cost depends on length of lights and the type of roof that's involved. I know he said some people was paying up to $500 bucks...probably the richer, two story type houses but still.

$500 is not un common at all, we have several jobs in the $800 range and our big job is $2500 just in labor. We might be picking up a new one this year that is $9000 with lights and labor.

$1700 for a two story including lights and labor here. Keep in mind that a lot of places will have a minimum amount to spend as well. If your are getting everything done custom, it's the initial upfront investment that is a bitch.

This,,,, most of these "bandwagon" installers just throw store bought lights up. All our stuff comes off the spool, and is custom to YOUR house.

Where can lights be purchased on the spool? I can install them myself but would rather buy the lights in bulk.
