Nah probably not to bad. Termites love wet areas and they come up in the gaps in the cement where the pipes come thru. My last house had issues on and off because it was by a creek that held water year round. We got all this rain so they probably just moved up higher in your house. I bet that is between the tile where you already had small holes.Whos your Daddy?
