It does look like termites, and if it is, you likely have them bad if you can see them there.

Nah probably not to bad. Termites love wet areas and they come up in the gaps in the cement where the pipes come thru. My last house had issues on and off because it was by a creek that held water year round. We got all this rain so they probably just moved up higher in your house. I bet that is between the tile where you already had small holes.

As dry as it has been all year I don't see why they would want to be around the foundation of the house. I also re-grouted and sealed most of the shower tile so there shouldn't be any moisture getting through unless the drain is leaking.
