what does a company usually charge for stained floors.

More than Freight Train's wood floors. I've been quoted well over 10k to have mine redone in an 1800sqft house.

ok the old lady says no to the stain, she says she has.been told it will fade after so many years, back to picking tile..if we could only find tile to match the other tile already in the house.....dam you home depot.

we are thinking about doing a few rooms two different styles but still haven't decided.
