Home Inspection hook up?
Do we have one? Hell, I almost forgot this forum was on here. Haha I think I paid around $400 for my last house, which was significantly bigger than the one I'm looking at now, but I don't know if that factors into price. I'm a bit rusty.

It does figure in a little. I have a guy, but he's out of Waxahachie, and might be out of his range. Your realtor (and maybe even loan officer) should know someone local. A local guy would know more about your local city codes. -
Call or PM Nate, he has a company that he recommends. I went with the company he recommended when we were trying to buy this house and they did a great job on the inspection.Comment

I've used Deb Sadler - she owns 20/20 Inspections. She's done 2 inspections for me in the last 2 months. She steered me away from one that need too much work for the price.
