Barrel bolt?????

I can't find a spring loaded barrel bolt local around Mckinney.
I tried HD, Lowes, Aces hardware, and Elliots Hardware. Doesn't have to be exactly like this, but it needs to be spring loaded. I need to be able to latch top part of shed door on the inside.
