Need hookup on granite and carpet

We're putting our home in FTW on the market but we want to do some upgrades prior. I have 53 sq/ft of counter space that I want to do in granite along with a new sink and possible backsplash. I'm also going to need new carpet, about 900 sq/ft worth. The problem is I'm in the military and will only have a week to drive in and get all this done. It will be the last week of Sept.

Anyone have a hookup or contact for either of these? House is off Western Center and 35W.

Any gone through Home Depot for carpet? We don't need any fancy shit, just builder grade carpet to replace what we have now. Don't they offer free installation? Plus, I get 10% off there for military.

We used Home Depot at our previous house before we sold it and at our new house. The sub it out to Coopers Flooring and depending on what carpet you get it can take a few weeks before they install.
