Need whole house water filter recommendations

I will be building a new house pretty soon and will have a water well as our only water source. The neighbors have an 80 foot water well and say the water has a sulfer smell to it and would suggest a water filter system.

What have yall used and what would you recommend?

Get a Hague Watermax. You could pour gasoline in it and it will remove everything. 25 year warranty

There is one on Craigslist for $100. I would be all over that. They are over $3k new.

I would wait until you have the well dug and then have the water professionally tested. What you need to remove from the water will dictate which filtration systems would be best.
