Pool Resurfacing?

Previous owner let the pool go without cleaning. Made previous owners clean and get the pool up to snuff but the pool bottom has brown stains. I've tried acid wash...no worky. Not going to paint.

any referrals who has had their pool resurfaced?

I'm sure classic is still around, they've been around since the 70 or something. We used them and were the oneswe would point people to when I was in the industry.
