    Needing hot water heater replaced.

    Anyone here a plumber or recommend someone? Our water heater is starting to crackle and make wierd noises, it's probably the original one from when the house was built in the 70's.
    Would like to replace asap, since it is loacated in the house.
    The new one will need drip pan and shut-off valve.


    Any help would be appreciated.

    It will also have to have an expansion tank if you get a permit from the city to do this. As a home owner doing the work you will not need a permit just fyi

      I would do it, but don't have brazin skills.
      As a homeowner I won't need a permit, so is there any other homeowner out there that would be able to do the work ? lol

      We may be selling, and need it to pass whatever inspection is done.
