Looks really nice! Don't feel too bad about Sumeer, because they're just one of several that don't do things properly. They're smart enough to know that by the time you notice an issue, the warranty has expired. So much of home building/remodeling is just common sense, and sometimes it means spending a few extra bucks to do it right.

Wow. We have almost the same exact bathroom. My toilet is switched with the sinks tough. I have been thinking about how to remodel mine since I have a shower/tub that are joined together but yours looks great.

I have been hesitant to upgrade anything in my house because I plan on renting it in another year but I would feel comfortable with doing bathrooms. Do you mind sharing approximate costs and time involved? If a PM is better that works too.
