OK, the fence is 5 years old (LOL, moved in 5 years ago yesterday actually!) and one post decided to break at the ground. I can probably remove two panels, replace the one post for minimal cost, or should I just nite the bullet and replace the entire thing now? I'm sure in another year or two something else will break on it, cheap ass builder grade wood used.
Talked to the neighbor's wife, she said they will pay half the cost if we replace it, but maybe her husband can help me fix it if we decided to go that route.
Anyway, should I repiar, or just go ahead and repalce that entire back fence?
