Maybe he had a question. If it's about torsion springs I wouldn't mess with them.
I don't think that's the issue. co-worker is selling me a pool table, he converted his garage into a room, removed the garage door opener but left the springs.
4 years later he's removed the wall in front of the door, and the door is jammed shut. Everything looks like it's on track, the wheels aren't locked up, one side will open about two inches, the other side is totally frozen.
P.S. I know you're just a ex cop / bar owner, so I'm not directing this paragraph at you looking for answers because I want my fucking pool table.

I would want it fixed ASAP. Usually a car is trapped because of it.
Door companies know this and charge a lot for it. I do this stuff on the side and I dont pull any BS. I fix just what is broke. And since this is a side thing for me I do it usually after 7pm at night
