Maybe he had a question. If it's about torsion springs I wouldn't mess with them.

I don't think that's the issue. co-worker is selling me a pool table, he converted his garage into a room, removed the garage door opener but left the springs.
4 years later he's removed the wall in front of the door, and the door is jammed shut. Everything looks like it's on track, the wheels aren't locked up, one side will open about two inches, the other side is totally frozen.
P.S. I know you're just a ex cop / bar owner, so I'm not directing this paragraph at you looking for answers because I want my fucking pool table.

Only thing I would know to do is lube up all the moving parts. Good luck, enjoy your pool table.

            Thanks!
Pretty good deal for me, traded tickets to two OU games I wasn't planning on attending anyway.

Turns out his brother had driven a couple of screws deep inside the door into the wall and he couldn't seen them, lol

He took the door they had build in front of the garage door down. The door was screwed to the wall in front of it.

It's nice enough for him I guess. No fucking way I could live there.
Pool table is in good shape though.

Garage Doors are pretty much taken for granted until they stop working, then you quickly realize that you would like this door fixed at your convenience. whats your opinion guys?

I would want it fixed ASAP. Usually a car is trapped because of it.

Door companies know this and charge a lot for it. I do this stuff on the side and I dont pull any BS. I fix just what is broke. And since this is a side thing for me I do it usually after 7pm at night
