Thinking about having them come out and evaluate my attic. The guy I bought the house from took out the spinners and went with a ridge vent, it does not seem like I am getting good circulation up there. It lacks the plastic parts that keeps the insulation from the vents. I also would like a radiant barrier as well.
Has anybody delt with them or a comparative type company? And how much am I looking at price wise? Makes me worry when on their website they have a thousand dollar off special. If it is not way too much, I can have them do it with a warranty and peace of mind for me.
