it varies because soils vary.

I'm no expert </obvious man> but if the ground is peeling back from your foundation, you should be watering it...

I usually give mine 15 minutes, once a week, at night. I will do it more often if it is very dry, like last summer.

do you still have to use a soaker hose if you are running the sprinklers 2 to 3 times a week? didnt know if sprinklers were enough for foundations.

Should be if they are close to the foundation. I have a specific zone that only waters around the foundation. House is 24 years old and not a single crack.
