Anyone installed Synthetic Grass on their lawn?

My parents retired to Prescott, Arizona and few people have lawns because of water consumption. Several have put the fake stuff in and it looks fantastik, not cheap but to not have to mow ever again!
Damn near got a hard on just thinking about that....LOL
