Lift in Garage

Looks like I am going to have a new house built with a three car garage. I plan on epoxy for the floors and a two post lift. Have looked into the high mount for the garage door. Post some pics if you have installed a lift at your house.

hmm, that's a lot more affordable than I would have thought.....

FYI on the garage door stuff. They call the rails low clearance, or low headroom rails. It gets a little tricky when you are REALLY close to the ceiling on the top part of the top panel. Any garage door related questions PM me.

I am having the builder vault the ceiling in my garage on the two-bay side and plan on installing a high lift kit on the garage door. Also i have seen that they make a opener that hooks up to the spring above the door.

John has a pretty sweet setup. I am actually looking at some lower profile lifts. My garage is 10' tall with a vault in the center for the car.

Does he plan on adding an electric opener ?
