Any chance in hell of these coming back?

The plants on the other side of the driveway are doing just fine but these aren't. The other side gets a lot more shade during the day and I figure thats what saved them. Is there anything worth doing to save them?

I had some Sega (sp) Palms do the same thing a few years ago, I cut the tops off of them and wahlah, they came back. Worth a try

Better off without them, in my opinion. I think they look hideous.
