Would the best route be for me to call individual companies or go with a general contractor? Need one about 210x110x25 clearspan. Also is there a general rule of thumb on these types of builds as far as price per sq ft? Id love to find one already built but I've been looking forever with no luck...

If you are in the city you might go with a gc. They will take care of all the crap that the city wants/makes you do. Permits, inspections, flood plan, swpp papers, erosion controll, etc..
Where are you building. My brother n law is doing a big commercial building in Lewisville off of 35.
