Need some bids on a 30x30 slab! Want to get my shop started out at my place in Royse City 75189 is the Zip of where Slab is going down at. I will have the frame setup with Rebar

I got my slab done for $3.15/SF that would give you an idea for a price. Slab was 5" thick with #3 12 inches on center and 16"x 12" ribs with 2-#5 top and bottom.
Are you planning on using anchor bolts or embeds?

A week old thread, but would you guys mind sending info my way as well? I am actually looking at doing the same thing (30x30 shop or 30x40 shop) and I am located just north of Garland.
