Wood floor refinishing?

I had some people come and give some quotes. One guy is pimpin "industrial grade polyurethane". Says it cost $400 to apply. Iv been around a lot of construction and never heard of "industrial" poly. Sounds like snake oil?
Anyone know a good quality company to redo my floors?
