Paint and carpet recommendations?

My father passed away last year and we are getting his house ready to sell. Will need carpeting, tile in bathroom and kitchen, and paint in and out including the garage. Any recommendations? Need to get some quotes this weekend

Im about 5 weeks out right now. If this works for you, I'll be happy to come out and look at it. Repairs are no problem.

I dont know of anyone out that direction, but you can always go to your local Sherwin Williams and ask for recomindations. They always have a few that they like.

ok, will do. Maybe Nate has someone he uses as well. Still need carpet recommendation. My Big Bobs off 67 has closed apparently. Still looking for carpet references. This would be about 800 sqft

I "just" ordered flooring from Ideal Flooring. http://www.idealfloors.com/ They have a Duncanville location. I bought from the Garland location myself. It is to be installed this weekend. All I can say so far is that they have been a pleasure to work with and appeared to give me a good discount. Home Depot was a royal pain and the people in the store were clueless how to interpret the measures they took and give me a quote. All kinds of markups too.

The Garland store used to be Big Bobs but they separated from the franchise and started Ideal. That may be the same thing that happened with the Big Bob's you tried to reach.
