TV above the Fireplace Part 2

Anyone ever install, or think to do so, a sliding portrait, that masks the TV until used and then splits and displays the TV when needed?
Here's why I ask. I LOVE the one of a kind, hand painted portrait above my fireplace. Putting a TV there instead would really NOT make me feel comfortable when I'm just lounging in the living room. (Don't get me wrong, we watch TV more than we lounge....) However, if I could have both, a quiet place to read and then w/ the touch of a remote open the portrait and "viola" a flat screen.... THAT would be TITS in my opinion.
Is this an insane thought process or so freak'n expensive I should go another route? (Note: I will not cut my current painting. I'll find one that I like but isn't an original oil.)

We did several Auton motorized picture lifts. I will see if I can post some pics this afternoon of one of the jobs we did that on that was in Architectural Digest

I just found it odd to be one of the very first pictures to come up under a google search for tv over fireplace, for the house to be arranged the way it was, for him to add a follow up comment about how old, rich people spend their money, and for several websites to be using the picture that apprears to be a few years old... but he said it was done just a few months ago.

I just don't get it. What is the fascination with posting BS on the internet to impress people you don't even know? Sad...

Either I haven't had enough coffee and I'm missing your sarcasm, or you're just giving him the benefit of the doubt...

In short, he's either a horrible liar or he meant to say, "Here's a pic of one SIMILAR to what I installed a few months ago."

For drama's sake let's just go with he lifted a picture of two year old install and Marty McFly is passing it off as something he did within the last couple of months.
