where to find all the home builders in the Dallas area?

    Randy, is this the guy that lives down the street from me in Van Zandt Farms? Do you know if he will do small jobs like say a 24x36 single room stand alone structure?

    If you didn't know this is Sonic93 from the old site. You did our wrought iron fence in july/aug of 2009.

      Hey guys sorry. We found our home builder.
      We ended up going with David Weekley. Love our choice to go with them so far.
      2500sq ft, a 9k sq ft lot. With all upgrades its right at 210 after their incentives and what not. They are paying 8k towards closing costs also.

        Anderson is Badass and will do anything that has to do with home construction. He just did a rock wall and deck, Gazebo, and some other stuff for one of my custumers and they were very happy.

          I called him earlier. As soon as I get a few renditions done I am going to shoot it over to him. I really just need have the slab, framing (w/doors & windows), roof and brick done. The rest I am going to do on my own.

          Realstate Nate is checking to see what a 1000sqft finished in with a full bath will do to the value of the property. If I can get the shell built for under $20K, and Nate can give me some numbers, I can make the sell to my wife.

          Every man needs a dedicated car/toy shop.
