Hmmm, one room is colder/hotter than others

Well, I think the cold/hot room is due to bad insulation in the walls, so I ordered a infared thermometer on Amazon. I checked the vent, hooked up fine, and the "hand test" seems the air blowing out is as warm and strong as the other vents.

Regardless of brand, IR thermos are extremely helpful. Helped open my eyes to some places where there was a 20-30 degree temp difference in my walls. Mainly in corner joints and such, but one whole wall needed insulated up stairs.

Damn. Those things have gotten cheap. I have a digital pyrometer that was like $90 years ago. Have used it for everything. Very handy.
