Well we were doing the final inspection...and water lines started to bust, septic's were getting clogged, and much more stuff all of the sudden started falling apart....

Needless to say I used my $250 option fee and got out of that place with a quickness!

something about that place made me think , glad you figured it out before you bought!

Water lines busting were probably related to the house leveling, septic tank could be as simple as old field lines, or the entry lines.

I'd bail to, and come back later with a low ball if still interested.

They will have to put these findings on the disclosure statement, so any other buyer will be aware of the faults. If still interested you could have them fix everything to your liking at their cost, or bail.
