Not much progress yesterday. A guy came out and cleaned the concrete off and left in a huge hurry for some reason not to return.

Built in grill slash kitchen slash bar is going in

We hope to have more done today. The sitting wall is about 75% stoned in minus the cap. Grill area is coming along nicely too.

You've pretty much inspired me to tackle my own... hopefully this spring. Gonna do a fire pit the easy way you did and just plumb in a small drain like that and build the pit on top instead of making a big hole and getting a firepit "sleeve" and then building up

It really has been worth paying them to do the job. If you take out the fact that they ran into my gate driving out the other day and bent 3 wrought iron slats.
