the fitting is in the plumbing section of HD. It is a rubber bladder that screws onto your water hose, the bladder has a small hole in the end of it. The bladder will swell in the line causing it not to come out and then the small hole in the end acts as a jet of water. sounds like what has happened is when you were vacuuming you sucked a small stick that stuck in an elbow and then leaves pilled on top of that..Very easy to clog a line when you are vacuuming leaves and sticks. If that doesnt work then you will need to call a service to come blow the line out with CO2/air
