I have some caulking and guns if you need those too. I know you cops don't make much money.

Its tile glue. You can get it in a quart for pretty cheap. Sometimes you'll need to use tape to hold it in place till the glue dries.

I've got to do a Home Depot run tomorrow. I'll get a new soap dish, tile glue, and silicone.

The old soap dish has a back that fits into the hole in the tile.
