Any Hookups on Sealing a Garage Floor

As I have posted before and had great luck before i'll try again.

We are having our house built and it should be ready in August. I am wanting to have the garage floor sealed before I even get a chance to move in so there is no waiting game or having to be in the house during the acid wash and sealant application.

Was wondering if there is anyone on this board that does that sort of thing and can give me a great deal on pricing.
