My dad and I are wanting to build our first shop in the back yard. We are thinking anywhere from 60'-70' long by 40' wide. We want full concrete foundation, full power (220 im guessing) and a large roll up door (atleast 1) for his RV to go in/out of.
My questions are, where do I start?
Will we need a permit for this?
Is it best to get a professional to do this?
Any tips/pointers when planning this?
How much on average does a shop like this cost to build per sq foot?
