How big is the bathroom? Is the toilet already out?

I believe it usually runs $2.50-3/sq ft...

If its a small job, you might have trouble finding someone to do it.

yeah guess i should have put that in there in the beginning....approx. 70 sq ft

I had 87' ft done for around 240 and that was with tile

Just sack up and do it dude. It's really not that hard.

Someone beat me to it but I was going to say you are looking around $250.

Small things like tearing off the baseboard and not having cabinets will shed some of the cost but not much. Plus, I would recommend doing those anyways. The look of tile hiding under th ebaseboard and cabinets is better than a raw cut with grout.
