It had a rider that cut funding for planned parent-hood, basically the republicans are trying to cut funding for abortions which I agree with but I don't think they should have compromised the CR and pay for our troops. They could have defunded in a later bill.

Can't you just hear the Democrats whining some more that old people will be disproportionately affected, since they stick to the traditional method of paper filing.

this all falls back to them anyways. Its the Dems fault for not passing their own budget last year when they had the House/Senate/White House. They didnt do their own budget because they knew how bad it would make them look before mid term elections.

I had to argue that point last night with an idiot at work. He kept blaming Republicans for everything and said Paul Ryans budget was crazy. Dems have yet to come up with ANYTHING in the last year

People filing online will still get processed. Only people who file with paper will be delayed because the input people will be furlowed.

That sob bullshit story from Obama is a joke. If that guy TJ needed his money so bad, he should have filed early, filed online and received his refund. Online refunds are averaging 10 days vs the 5-6 weeks for paper refunds. And Obama called it a rebate. WTF. The guy cant speak without his teleprompter

Just checked my LES. I am getting paid for my National Guard 2 day drill, but not for the 2 days attached to it I was on Active Duty for training.

Ya, I'm still getting paid in full. In fact, I have a scheduled raise (approved through our contract) on April 15th (about 4%). The money for my contract was set aside in full upon the awarding of the contract (through 21 November 2011), so it's like the DoD already spent that money. I do, however, have several evac plans.
