    I misread the caption on the Nasdaq site, my apologies. So the $37 prediction is accurate? How does this lawsuit impact the stock?

      If by accurate, you mean the current analyst consensus, then yes. Lawsuit... eh, companies miss earnings badly and issue shitty guidance all the time. I don't really see that lawsuit going anywhere. Trust me, if you know about the lawsuit, so does every other investor on the planet. You're not trading proprietary info with that.
