Because it's easier to go to said smoking establishment, then whine, cry, and be a pussy about "you're infringing on my right to breathe clean air".

It's my right to breathe smoke filled air if I so choose.

He's missing the whole point. It's the bar owner's decision. Not his, not mine, not the government's.

They have absolutely not had to shutter their doors - so at the very least - the bars I am familiar with that have gone through the change are "fine".
Perfect. Then go to those places and leave the other bars alone, idiot.

Big difference. Nobody said you're not allowed to go because you don't smoke.

Instead, get on this site and whine and cry about your rights being violated. You're being quite the hypocrite while whiping those tears away. I've already said I've dealt with it for years without so much as a complaint. I don't understand while you're flooding tears about having to deal with the other end of the spectrum.

You're not banned from going either. You just have to walk outside to smoke.

Then you should contact the band and ask that they play at a non-smoking establishment so you can hear them, as you do not want to put your health at risk.

I can see your point, but I'm not sure you understand yet about the bigger picture.

What if the government decides to ban all citizens from owning firearms?

Lol, well dually noted. I don't necessarily disagree with that. It was the first example that came to my head.

Edit: Once again though, you're asking that a non-smoker has to do extra to deal with a bad habit that you have.

What tears? I don't mind walking outside to smoke. It's not a big deal to me. You're missing the entire argument. No surprise there, this forum has never been short on dumbasses.

How does your right to not smoke in a smoking establishment trump my right to smoke in a smoking establishment?

I agree with you. I should have chosen my words more carefully.

                                Texas State Law I guess.
